The Coalition of Leaders
for Louisiana Healthcare (COLLAH) was
organized by health care stakeholders
both statewide and in the New Orleans
region to continue the discussion of designing
and implementing a modernized health care
delivery and financing system based on
evidenced-based patient need, the Guiding
Principles and the Concept Paper of the
Louisiana Health Care Redesign Collaborative.
